The overseas block is the residential block of the housing society. It comprises of residential plots and residential villas. Only people who are living out of Pakistan or have dual nationality can apply for a place in overseas block.
The overseas block will be built with all the amenities which people can enjoy in a foreign country. Mosque, hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, shops, and education institutes are available inside the block.
Master Plan of Lahore Smart City
There is currently no specific information available regarding the master-planned and facilities provided or characteristics of the entire housing society. After time to time, according to the upcoming news, we will always be upgrading this information and when any information is revealed by the developers.
